We can deliver to other European countries, but we will need to invoice you seperately for the delivery charge. Please contact us before ordering for a quote. It may not be economic to ship outside of Europe as the shipping prices are very high and you will be liable for import duties.
We aim to send items within 2-3 days of an order being placed - in fact the majority of orders within the UK mainland arrive within 48 hours. Please note though that we can make no guarantee of delivery times - we are a small business, and there may be rare occasions when an item is not in stock or there is no-one available to send an order for a couple of days. However, we will let you know by email if there will be any delay to your order. If the delay is significant and you would rather not wait we will always be happy to refund any money you have paid.
We always try to get the best rates we can for delivery. Small items go by first class post. Larger items are sent by Courier - we use Fastway couriers for most UK regions, and Parcelforce for outlying UK areas that are not served by Fastway. Unfortunately, we do have to make a slightly higher charge for larger items to outlying regions to cover costs. When sending abroad we use the most cost effective service that we can find.
Although we pack items carefully, and use reputable firms for delivery, accidents can happen en route. When you receive your delivery, please check it carefully for damage before signing. Courier companies will generally only accept responsibility for damage incurred in transit if it is notified to them immediately: if it's not in good condition, don't sign to say it is!
