We aim to send items within 2-3 days of an order being placed - in fact the majority of orders arrive within 48 hours. Please note though that we can make no guarantee of delivery times - we are a small business, and there may be rare occasions when an item is not in stock or there is no-one available to send an order for a couple of days. However, we will let you know by email if there will be any delay to your order. If the delay is significant and you would rather not wait we will always be happy to refund any money you have paid.
Small items are sent by Royal Mail first class post, and larger items on a next-day courier service. Delivery costs quoted are for the UK mainland only. We are happy to deliver within the European Union at cost price. For a quote please contact us before ordering - we can usually get good prices! We don't generally deliver outside of Europe.
Although we pack items carefully, and use reputable firms for delivery, accidents can happen en route. When you receive your delivery, please check it carefully for damage before signing. Courier companies will generally only accept responsibility for damage incurred in transit if it is notified to them immediately: if it's not in good condition, don't sign to say it is!
