This 160W solar panel kit is based on a pair of XM80 framed solar panels from our budget range.
As a kit, it comes complete with either the Morningstar SunSaver SS10L conventional regulator OR for 15-20% more power, you can choose to upgrade to the sophisticated Morningstar Sunsaver MPPT regulator.
All the wiring you need to connect up the system is included in the kit.
The XM80 solar panel kit includes
- 2 x XM80 80W solar panel fitted with cables for connection to solar regulator
- Sunsaver 10A solar regulator OR Morningstar 15A MPPT regulator
- Set of cables for connection between regulator and battery, fitted with ring terminals for easy installation and an in-line fuse to protect the system
We usually supply the kits with a 3m length of cable between the solar panel and the regulator, and a 1.5m length of cable between the regulator and the battery connectors. If you require different lengths, please advise us by email when you order so we can make up appropriate cables.
Please note mounting brackets are not included. It's easy to make your own - or browse though the solar panel mounts pages for something appropriate!
